How to shop
1. After choosing a suitable product click ADD TO SHOPPING CART. Next, you can continue shopping or take a look at the shopping cart by clicking VIEW THE SHOPPING CART.
2. SHOPPING CART
Here you can review the products you have chosen and change quantities. You can remove products by clicking on X, if necessary.
If you have a Dondella gift certificate, enter its ID (SERIAL NUMBER) into the box GIFT CERTIFICATE ID and click SUBMIT. The corresponding amount is deduced with a minus sign.
Choose the suitable delivery option: Omniva courier, Omniva parcel terminal, Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal.
In case of parcel terminals, choose the suitable parcel terminal for delivery.
The total amount for products and delivery is calculated automatically.
Enter the delivery address and contact information.
Choose the suitable method of payment: via SEB, SWED, LHV, Luminor, Coop or an invoice.
Tick the terms and conditions.
When all the mandatory fields have been filled in, click SUBMIT ORDER and you are referred to the chosen bank for payment. The invoice is sent to your e-mail address when you chose an invoice for the method of payment.
Click the button RETURN TO THE MERCHANT after the bank transfer has been completed.
3. THE ORDER IS COMPLETED
When the payment has been completed the following note will appear: THANK YOU! YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. AN ORDER CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN SENT TO YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS. The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided with your contact information.
